ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: * All tournaments will start at Friday at approx 07.00 hrs * All tournaments will be finished on Sunday (U-13/15 on Monday) around 19.00 hrs * Teams are expected to arrive on Thursday * Return trip by ferry or plane should be planned not before 21.30 hrs on Sunday (U-13/15 on Monday) * All teams must have copies of passports (or original player cards or passports) available during all their games. * Schedules for the tournaments will be forwarded to participating clubs at least 21 days before the tournament commences. * Teams must take care of their own health and travel insurance * minimum number of games 7 (U-13/15: 8 games minimum)
Together with the application (form) you should transfer a deposit of Euro 400.00 per team (no exception can be made). All payments must be made by bank transfer. All transfer costs must be paid by the team. Teams who fail to pay the deposit by bank will not be guaranteed a place in the tournament.
When your team has been accepted the tournament fee will be charged together (plus) with the charge for each player/coach. The balance (tournament fee minus the deposit fee of Euro 400.00 plus fee per player/coach plus all additional services) will be called in for in February 2017.

Teams who will not be among the participants will get their Euro 400.00 back. When cancellations are made after your team has been accepted in the tournament no refund can be given on the deposit. First closure date for the tournament will be November 30 – 2016. Second closure date (if required) will be December 31 – 2016.
PARENTS: Parents can stay in the same hotel as players and coaches if required, but can also be booked in one of our other partner hotels. Rates on request.
TRANSPORTATION: We can also arrange transportation for your personal needs during your stay. Rates on request.
ARENAS: The tournament will take place in Inbox Arena, Ozo Arena, Volvo Arena and Marupe Arena. Other Arenas might be used if necessary.
REFEREES: We also request participating clubs to bring 1 or 2 high level referees, but this is not mandatory. Referees are offered free accommodation (based on arrival on Thursday and departure on Monday and on sharing a double room including breakfast in 4 star hotel Bellevue Park) as well lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday and lunch on Sunday at the arena. Travel costs will be on their own expenses. No further payments will be made.

International Icehockey Tournament – European Golden Puck 2017 – Budapest
Let us invite you to our spring tournament International icehockey tournament European Golden Puck 2017, Budapest (Hungary)
23.3-26.3.2017 – age group (Under 2007)
31.3.-2.4.2017 – age group (Under 1999)
7.4.-9.4.2017 – age group (Under 2001)
14.4.-16.4.2017 – age group (Under 2003)
21.4.-23.4.2017 – age group (Under 2005)
Tournament will be held at Budapest Icecenter ice arena (with two ice rinks)
Before the tournament player’s age will be checked by passports.
6-8 teams take part in the tournament. Each team plays 4-5 games.
6 teams tournament:
After 2 games in groups, teams play 1/4 finals: AII-BIII, BII-AIII, semifinals: AI-W (BII-AIII), BI-W (AII-BIII) and place (final) games.
8 teams tournament:
After 3 games in groups, teams play semifinals: AI-BII, BI-AII, AIII-BIV, BIII-AIV and place (final) games.
Maximum 22 players/team (20 players and 2 goalkeepers), 2 sets of jersey are needed.
Group games and semifinals: 3 x 15 minutes (stopped time), 5 min. warming up (no puck). Ice making before games (warming up).
If the goal difference is 5 or more, off-ice officials can order the running time. In the case of slide, and if in the third period the goal difference is more than 2, the off-ice officials can order the running time. If the goal difference decrease to 1, the original rules (stopped time) have to be used.
Final games: 3 x20 (stopped time), ice-making before games and after 1. period.
IIHF rules are valid
Awards: First 3 places get gold, silver and bronze medals. All other teams get memorial medals.
Personal awards in the end of the tournament: best goalkeeper, defenseman, forward, king of goals. After each game “Player of the game” award – one from each team. (One player can have it only once.)

22.-24. september 2017 – Warriors Cup – IHK Sparta Sarpsborg, Norge
Vi i Sparta 04 vil ønske alle danske lag velkomne til Norge og Sarpsborg 22.-24. september 2017 til WarriorsCup 2017.
Warriors cup er IHK Sparta Sarpsborgs satsing på turneringer for barn og unge, hvor det legges vekt på å tilby deltakerne gode idrettsopplevelser, og på å skape et godt miljø hvor det er lett å treffe venner med felles interesser.
Warriors Cup for U14 (spillere født i 2004) spilles helgen 22.-24. september 2017, med spill fredag ettermiddag til søndag ettermiddag.
Vi har en øvre grense på 12 lag, og det spilles kamper parallels i Sparta Amfi og Ungdomshallen.
Turneringen vil bli godkjent av Norges Ishockeyforbund og arrangeres ihht. NIHF’s reglement og bestemmelser, hvor også keeperpoeng gjelder.
Kampene vil bli spil 2 x 15 minutter. Minimum 5 kamper pr. lag. (Avhenger av hvor mange lag som melder seg på).
Påmeldingsavgift pr lag er kr. 4.000 (som må betales innen 14 dager efter påmelding)
Spilleravgift pr. spiller er kr. 500, hvor tre ledere er gratis pr. lag. (Betales innen 31.08.2017).
Spilleravgiften dekker følgende måltider:
Middag fredag – lunsj og middag lørdag, samt lunsj søndag m/drikke og inkluderet frukt.
Warriors Skill Competition – vi vil i år gjennomføre en skill competition mellom spillere fra hvert av lagene som deltar. Dette vil vi gjennomføre lørdags kveld, og da håper vi at resten af spillerne og foreldrene vil være med å heie. Vi vil i utgangspunktet ha 1 spesifikk spiller til hver av øvelserne, slit at 1 spiller ikke kan være med på mer enn 1 øvelse. Øvelserne vil bli sendt til dere 1 måned før cup start slik at dere kan eventuelt trene på disse øvelsen. Elementene vil være FART, TEKNIKK og SKUDD
